Hospice NiagaraEmployee and Volunteer Portal
A fully featured web-portal that allows administrators, staff and volunteers to streamline their daily work-flow. The software includes announcements, events with an RSVP system, scheduling, forms and documentation, as well as a custom user roles and secure automated password recovery. The portal has been in use since Summer 2015 and supports between 200 and 300 active users. It is fully scalable and through a focus on dynamic layouts and quality coding can be maintained easily by anyone using a simple GUI regardless of their computer skills.

An easy to use and maintain website that allowed users to Suggest, Vote and Volunteer for events. Administrators where able to quickly with no programming knowledge create new activates with detailed descriptions and images. Admins could also print varied reports with the click of a button to track user interest and support.

A tool used by ITS staff to send out pre-written emails to users as a supplement to their over the phone support. This tool has greatly increased ITS' staffs ability to quickly send additional information to clients while maintaining quick response times.

A tool used by ITS administrators to compose emails which will be available to the Automated Email Tool as a supplement to over the phone support provided by ITS. This tool allows for the instant implementation and dissemination of valuable information to callers in need of technical support.
